A Note on Gratitude
hank you for participating in our November gratitude board. There are so many things to be grateful for each day. Yet, the last month has been a hard one for many of us at Foundations. There have been challenges at work, challenges at home, challenges in the heart, challenges within our bodies and challenges with our past and looking to the future. Turning our eyes and hearts toward gratitude, although not easy in the thick of it, has been a pivot for many. It is in these tough times, when opening our hearts to that which we are truly blessed with can turn a ship back to True North. Great work, Foundations Family! I’m truly blessed to be a part of such an authentic and aware community. It takes raw courage to be ‘in it’ and find the blessings in the lessons -- the "blessons" if you will. And so we continue; we continue to seek the good, the blessons, the growth and the love that supports us on our healing journeys. We acknowledge the unknown and celebrate the gratitude for that which we’ve experienced. Be grateful always, for the peaks and the valleys, for they are both part of the landscape of life and we must have one to truly appreciate the other. With the holidays upon us, let’s look back at the last year. What wins did you have? What needs to change moving forward? And who will you BE today? Cheers to all that we will co-create this December! Happy and healthy holidays to you and yours from us and ours!
